Candice holds a Master’s degree in School and Applied Child Psychology from the University of Calgary. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education from the same institution
About Candice
With more than 15 years of combined experience in education and psychology, Candice possesses a deep understanding of child development, early learning, and inclusive classroom practices. She has dedicated over a decade to roles supporting student learning, including classroom teacher, special education coordinator, and literacy specialist. Throughout her career, she has supported diverse learners and led intervention planning within schools.

In her current role, Candice provides in-depth psychoeducational assessments to help identify learning strengths, developmental needs, and strategies for success. She is passionate about making assessment meaningful and accessible to both families and educators, and she works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each child holistically.
​
Her therapeutic work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based principles for parental support. Candice values collaboration, curiosity, and empathy in her work with children, teens, and families.

To relax and recharge, Candice enjoys walking her Sheepadoodle dog, swimming, and spending time at the lake with her husband, son, and daughter.
